Betty was a special lady with a big heart. Betty was one of the first people we got to know when we came to Melbourne in 1995 from India. She was very kind to us with a family of 4 young children settling in Melbourne after missionary service in India. Having been a missionary in India for many years, she was well aware of the challenges. We are very thankful for all her support in many different ways. With my previous contact with Mukti Mission, I was requested to serve on the board of Mukti Australia and the monthly prayer meetings in Betty's house. We have kept in contact with Betty over the years even after she re-located to Strathdon. She will be missed by many who were impacted by her life and service over the years and we thank God for her life. Our sincere condolences to the family. KG and Margaret

Condolences and respect for a very committed Christian lady who was loved by many girls and staff who remember her at Pandita Ramabai Mukti Mission, in Maharashtra India. Betty had a collection of memorabilia that she treasured always reminding her of her years spent in service at the Mission (PRMM).

Betty Gray lived out the motto of Pandita Ramabai founder of Mukti Mission. A life totally committed to God has nothing to fear, nothing to lose and nothing to regret. She gave her life to the children and women of India. Well done Betty.

I was unable to attend the celebration of Batty's life but what a life it was. A woman who took seriously the commands of Jesus and acted upon them. Vale, my wonderful cousin
