What a beautiful kind wonderful man. Gerard you were taken far too soon. I was so lucky to call you my friend you were there to help me through my life. I am so sorry I didn't get to say goodbye personally but you know that you were loved by everyone you knew. My love and thoughts to Glynis, Lauren and Ryan. We met when I first started working for IBM and shared a desk, until I took off to the kitchen where I had a phone and laptop connection. After 6 months I jumped over to Telstra. We kept in touch, on and off, through Janette Williams. A lovely man, kind and considerate and one who never said anything bad about anyone. But then maybe he was thinking it. I left Melbourne after awhile chasing something post-Telstra Transformation that was as intense as that program of work was. The few times I came back to Melbourne, I joined them in a few different pubs in the south of Melbourne. Gone too soon.
