To all Aunt Daphne's children and family I would like to add my deepest sympathies. She was a loving mother and wife, generous and hardworking. She put up with a lot of hardship, loss and stress with little thought for herself. She was strong but modest at the same time. She reminds me of our grandmother Mabel and aunt Eileen in her nature, all true heroines. She has found trueand eternal happiness now!I regret not being able to attend the ceremony but would like to say that my heart and thoughts wre with you.God Bless.Peter.

Dear Nanna

Thank you so much for being such a wonderful Grandmother, for being the epitome of class and style and loving each and everyone of us. We take comfort knowing you are reunited with Pappa, Aunty Marianne, Uncle Noel, Belinda and Amanda. xx

Mum you gave your all to stay with us, coping with so many health and disability issues. You were determined, strong and cheerful right to the end. No more suffering or discomfort now. You were loved by all who came to know you. Jeanette, Suzanne, Dick and I will never forget when you looked at us and said "I am happy" before falling asleep.
Forever in our thoughts and hearts.

Mum , what can I say , as a child you were my whole world , the person I would cling to , the person whom gave me love and cared for me when things were hard .
Throughout the years it was always comforting to know that you always loved me and all of your children unconditionally .
Over the years you have endured many hardships mainly around your health but you always overcame and it never stopped you from anything .
You were a symbol to me of resilience in the highest , your strength and determination to overcome all put to you really showed me life is there to be enjoyed not endured .
Despite all the setbacks , you always smiled , pain never stopped you nor did it take away your joy .
I love you more than mere words can express and my hope is that you are now with Dad by his side were you belong , together .
I will miss you each day but with each reflection , I will smile knowing I had the best Mum in the world !
Love Always
Philip

Mum was a fun loving person who had time for everyone.
Mum was courageous, generous, loving, caring and most of all had a wonderful sense of humor.
Mum loved dressing up, she had to have the right outfit and jewelry to match, her hair had to be just right. I am sure she gave the carer’s and nurses a hard time.
The most important thing was family, she loved us all and was thankful that she got to see her children, grand children and great grandchildren grow to become the person she would expect them to be.
She was not just Mum but also my best friend, someone I could rely on for advice or just a chat about things. Some one who loved going shopping with me, a hot chocolate, lunch and a good wheel around the shops, who enjoyed a good laugh, a joke or even a cry.
Some one to guide you in the right direction, who loved you unconditionally, an inspiration to us all.
Love you Mum and will miss you very, very much.
Rest in peace, you will always be in my heart forever.
